Fitbit Air Special Edition Pokémon Sleep Features, Specifications

The Fitbit Air Special Edition Pokémon Sleep is made for prolonged wear throughout the day, including at night. This device includes micro-adjustability features as well as a Sleepy Blue strap and a Sleeping Pikachu design.

The tracker operates via the Google Health application that monitors sleep cycles and time spent in each stage, such as light and deep sleep. Google Health Coach is able to analyze trends in your sleep data and make personal recommendations based on the data received.

Pokémon Sleep can be connected to the tracker through Health Connect on Android and Apple Health on iOS. Based on sleep duration data collected by Google Health, the app decides which Pokémon will appear near Snorlax.

The players can study sleep styles of Pokémon, add them to the Sleep Style Dex and become friends with these helper Pokémon.

They will be able to gather berries for Snorlax, thus increasing its strength. Pokémon Sleep uses this information together with Sleep Score and calculates Drowsy Power. Increased Drowsy Power may result in the appearance of new Pokémon in the game and the discovery of rare sleep styles.

How to Connect Fitbit Air with Pokémon Sleep

To enable the integration, users need to allow Google Health to share data with Health Connect or Apple Health. They can then pair the device through the Settings menu in the Pokémon Sleep app.

Sleep tracking data is synchronised to the game after being collected by the tracker. This feature is compatible with all devices produced by Google Pixel and Fitbit.
